Your Big Fat Boyfriend - Your Guy Eating Too Much Food Doesn't Mean You Have to Eat the Same

When I first saw this in my local bookstore, I cannot help myself to smile. I knew that this book would definitely give me the information I need. Sometimes, I wonder if I can find a book that will teach me how to maintain my weight despite several dates. Well, here is the answer to my question a book written by Jenna Bergen called "Your Big Fat Boyfriend." Find out how it helped me maintained my weight even though I am a certified dater.

It was a relief when I found this book among hundreds of books in the bookstore. I was happy and wanted to thank Jenna Bergen for coming up with this kind of book. She made me realized that I do not have to eat at the same if my guy is eating too much food. Oftentimes, when we go out for our frequent dates, I always end up with a guilt feeling because I broke my diet and end up consuming many unhealthy foods just to please my one and only. I felt like it would be half as happy as it was if I became "kill joy" for not taking the same things that he eats.

When I read "Your Big Fat Boyfriend" cover to cover, I started to understand that I should not feel obliged to take the same things that my beau has in order to make him happy. In fact, he would be happier if I stick to my diet and observe a healthy lifestyle, something that he would want me to teach him. Jenna's "Your Big Fat Boyfriend: How to Stay Thin When Dating a Diet Disaster" hit me well to realize all these important things in life. I had a great time reading it because it's fun, totally humorous, and informative. It is a good read so make sure you get your copy.
