This is an acclaimed fat loss system delivered in eBook format. The author Tom Venuto is a well-respected figure in the fat loss and fitness fields. The system lays out in great detail exactly what you need to do to achieve a steady, healthy rate of fat loss.

This system is not going to be of much interest to the hordes of people asking questions like "How can I achieve rapid weight loss?" or "How do I lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks?" It's unfortunate, because these are the very people who could most benefit from the information that he provides. Tom is scathing in his condemnation of some of the charlatans growing rich giving useless or dangerous information to desperate overweight people. He makes a point of telling people what they need to know, rather than what they want to hear!

The reality is that it takes time to lose a lot of fat in a healthy way, so get used to the idea and knuckle down to some hard work. Better to make steady progress the right way, than to go on some crazy fad diet, starve off a few pounds but then end up putting it all back on again when you are forced to admit defeat.

Tom's system is all about devising healthy patterns of eating, drinking and exercise. These must become part of a new healthy lifestyle. This isn't a short-term solution - if you do something short-term, it will only have short-term results; obvious when you think about it! It's quite an information-dense eBook. There's a lot of thought-provoking material contained within those pages. There is an appendix containing nutritional information about different foodstuffs and examples of healthy eating plans.
